Who we are

This website belongs to 4ll digital (4lldigital.com). To ask about your data, email privacidade@4lldigital.com.

Data we collect

On the form: name, WhatsApp, email (optional), company or website, ad spend range and the challenges you want to solve. Along with it, we store where your visit came from (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid, ttclid, msclkid and the landing page). With your consent, measurement tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta) use cookies to measure visits and ads; some of these measurements first go through a 4ll digital measurement server.

How we use it

To get in touch and schedule the call you requested, and to understand which ads bring in contacts. We do not sell or share your data.

Where it is stored

Form data goes to the 4ll digital CRM, hosted on Supabase (São Paulo region, Brazil). Only the 4ll digital team has access.

How long we keep it

For as long as there is a business relationship or until you request deletion. Contacts with no activity are reviewed every 12 months.

Your rights

Under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Send your request to privacidade@4lldigital.com; we respond within 15 days.

How to request deletion of your data

To delete the data 4ll digital holds about you:

  1. Send an email to privacidade@4lldigital.com with the subject "Data deletion".
  2. Include the name and the WhatsApp number or email you used when you signed up.
  3. We confirm the request and delete the data within 15 days, including data received through integrations with Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We'll let you know by email when it's done.
